Washington County Sheriff’s Office Commends Investigators and Prosecutors in 1995 Cold Case Verdict

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office would like to recognize the outstanding professionalism and tireless dedication of Detective Jeff Seevers and Detective Bruce Schuck.

Their relentless efforts and refusal to give up were instrumental in bringing long-awaited justice for Kimberly and Daniel Fulton. For nearly three decades, this case remained unresolved, but through their determination, expertise, and commitment to the truth, justice has finally been served.

We would also like to thank Senior Assistant Attorney General Daniel Kasaris and Assistant Attorney General Micah Ault of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office for their dedication and perseverance throughout the prosecution of this case. Their expertise and commitment were vital in securing justice for the Fulton family and the citizens of Washington County.
