Michael Perry Steinbeck, age 34, Vincent, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Timothy Wayne Cowan, age 54, Belpre, OH, gross sexual imposition, victim <13 and grooming, both felonies.
Rayburn Bragg Buchanan, age 50, Marietta, OH, burglary, a felony.
Kimberly Dawn Eddy, age 39, aggravated possession of drugs, 5 counts, all felonies, aggravated trafficking in drugs, 4 counts, trafficking in cocaine, and possession of cocaine, all felonies.
James Tyler Morgan, age 32, Vienna, WV, possession of drugs, a felony.
Allen Blaine Bradley, age 36, dealing in drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, trafficking in a fentanyl related compound, a felony.

There are currently 19 women and 92 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
