Sheriff Mark Warden announces that, in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code, certain Utility Vehicles (UTVs) and All-Purpose Vehicles (APVs) are now legally permitted to operate on designated roads in Washington County.
These categories—defined under Ohio law—include All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and Side-by-Sides (SxSs).
