Cory James Noel, age 27, Marietta, OH, falsification, a misdemeanor and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a felony.

James Brandon Russell, age 40, Cutler, OH, engaging in prostitution, a misdemeanor.

Tyler John Taulbee, age 33, Belpre, OH, violate protection order and fugitive from justice, both misdemeanors.

Timothy Michael Morton, age 36, Parkersburg, WV, aggravated burglary, a felony, domestic violence and aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors.

Connar Sylvan Cline, age 31, Marietta, OH, parole violation, a felony. 

McKenzie Ann Cowman, age 32, Cutler, OH, 2 counts of theft, both misdemeanors.

Zachary Alan Johnson, age 25, Marietta, OH, parole violation, a felony. 

Mason Travis Tomlin, age 19, Glouster, OH, parole violation, a felony.

James Robert Schaefer II, age 19, Cambridge, OH, domestic violation, 2 counts, both misdemeanors.

Paris Dean Timmons, age 34, Akron, OH, probation violation, a felony. 

Joseph Oliver Clark Anderson, age 33, Stockport, OH, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, open container and failure to yield at stop or yield sign, all misdemeanors.

Raymond Joseph Wynn, age 41, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Alison Rae Sloan, age 29, Woodsfield, OH, theft, a misdemeanor.

Jeremy Lee Friend, age 40, Belpre, OH, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, both felonies, and engaging in prostitution, a misdemeanor.

William Patrick Huft, age 71, Parkersburg, WV, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs, and possession of fentanyl related compound, all felonies.

Scott Thomas Edgerton, age 40, Elizabethtown, KY, resisting arrest and engaging in prostitution, both misdemeanors.

There are currently 31 women and 103 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
