​The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail 17 Oct 2025 and 19 Oct 2025:

William Joseph Witten, age 57, Marietta, OH, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs , both felonies, and driving under OVI suspension, a misdemeanor.

Victor Michael Argumosa, Jr., age 34, Marietta, OH, having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, a misdemeanor.

Keith Francis Heiss, age 46, Lowell, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Nicholas Ryan Lanham, age 43, St. Mary’s, WV, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, a misdemeanor.

Charles Luther Cisler, age 66, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor and disrupting public service, a felony.

John Robert Thompson, age 49, Marietta, OH, criminal trespassing and theft of mail, 5 counts, all misdemeanors.

Grayson Michael Lassiter, age 29, Marietta, OH, strangulation, a felony, and assault, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 19 women and 101 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
