3 Aug 2025 Deputy Talarico was called to Muskingum River Road,  Muskingum Township, to a report of Jeffrey Stewart striking another in the face.  The victim had been in an argument with Stewart in which he punched her.  Jeffrey Allen Stewart, age 51, 2355 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, OH, was placed under arrest and charged with domestic violence.

5 Aug 2025 Detective Peters conducted a traffic stop on a white 4 door van bearing Ohio registration near the 600 block of Seventh Street, Pioneer Township.  A traffic violation was observed and the reason for the stop.  Contact was made with Jolisa Jett.  While Jett was attempting to obtain her insurance K9 Timmy was deployed and gave a positive indication on the vehicle.  Jett was asked to exit the vehicle and stood by the patrol vehicle.  Jett stated there would be stuff in the car and she was advised of her Miranda Rights.  A search of the vehicle yielded approximately 3.16 grams and 0.79 grams of methamphetamine.  Also located were two glass smoking devices commonly used to smoke methamphetamine. Jolisa N. Jett, age 40, 729 Ninth Street, Marietta, OH, was arrested for possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree.

20 Aug 2025 Deputy Groves requested a summons be issued to Amanda R. Duliere, 2100 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta, OH, for failure to restrain from an incident on 2 Aug 2025.  The dog in question had killed a dog at the caller’s home. 

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail 25 Aug 2025:

Tyler Patrick Ebra, age 34, Fleming, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor, and unlawful restraint, a felony.

John James Wright, age 52, Marietta, OH, 3 counts assault and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

Angela Stephanie Diane Johnson, age 51, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a felony.

Shaundra L Clarke, age 42, Cleveland, OH, no operator’s license and speed, both misdemeanors.

There are currently 19 women and 88 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
