6 Aug 2025 Deputy Thornberry was on patrol near the intersection of State Routes 550 and 339, Barlow Township.  A 1988 Ford F150 bearing Ohio registration was observed with an expired registration. Upon investigation it was discovered that Jacob Roush was operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license due to a non-compliance suspension. A citation for driving under suspension was issued to Roush, 2420 McDonald Road, Vincent, OH.

6 Aug 2025 Deputy Thornberry began an investigation into a dog biting a subject that was walking along State Route 550, Wesley Township.  This case remains under investigation.

7 Aug 2025 Deputy Talarico began an investigation in Waterford Township of a dog biting a subject.  This case remains under investigation.

7 Aug 2025 Deputy Pugh began an investigation into a forgery complaint in Belpre Township.  This case remains under investigation.

John David Kimble, age 45, Parkersburg, WV, obstructing official business, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs violator within twenty years of previously having been convicted of or pleaded guilty to  and driving under OVI suspension, all misdemeanors.

Jarred Lee Madison Richards, age 23, Marietta, OH, 3 counts rape and 3 counts gross sexual imposition, all felonies.

Timothy Brandon Neader, age 40, Marietta, OH, strangulation 2 counts, both felonies, and 2 counts domestic violence, both misdemeanors.

Darrell Robert Poole, III, age 34, Marietta, OH, breach of recognizance, forgery, possession of drugs, 2 counts tampering with evidence, 2 counts having weapons while under disability, receiving stolen property, and unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, all felonies.

Kristi Lanae Day, age 46, Beverly, OH, possession of drugs, 4 counts aggravated trafficking in drugs and 3 counts aggravated possession of drugs, all felonies.

Timmi Lynn Jenkins-Mayle, age 27, Chesterhill, OH, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs, engaging in pattern of corrupt activity, all felonies, and theft, a misdemeanor.

Emily Brooke Knotts, age 48, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a felony.

Jadein Ali Howard, age 26, Cutler, OH, failure to reinstate O/L, a misdemeanor.

Skylar Lynn Estep, age 24, Stockport, OH, theft, a misdemeanor.

Dale Joseph Mincks, age, Marietta, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

Howard Warren Guinn, II, age, Belpre, OH, possession of drugs, a felony, and driving under suspension a misdemeanor.

There are currently 15 women and 87 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
