8 Aug 2025 Deputy Gerber began an investigation into four wheelers and a motorcycle being stolen from Barlow Township.  These items are valued at over $3,500.  This case remains under investigation.

9 Aug 2025 Deputy Gerber responded to Calder Ridge Road, Dunham Township,  to a report of Robert Tate going onto other’s property after they posted no trespassing signs and advised him to stay off the property.  It was reported that Tate shows up at the property numerous times, unannounced.  On 7 Aug 25 Tate was on property asking about his trailer being moved.  Tate was asked to leave the property and he was trespassed at that time.  Tate also disregarded the posted no trespassing signs at the top of the drive.  On this date Tate was again on the property asked about his trailer.  Tate was advised that the landowner knew nothing about the trailer.  Tate was again advised he was being trespassed from the property and needed to leave.  Deputy Gerber spoke with Tate via public service about this incident.  Tate stated someone altered his trailer by moving it.  Tate advised that it was told to him that it was this landowner.  Tate did admit to being on the property after being trespassed.  A summons is being requested through Marietta Municipal Court for Robert Paul Tate, age 75, 1582 Congress Road, Belpre, OH, on a charge of criminal trespassing.

11 Aug 2025 Deputy Huffer began an investigation into a theft of tools and other items in Belpre Township.  This case remains under investigation.

11 Aug 2025 Deputy Welch completed an Ohio Traffic Crash Report in Warren Township where a subject struck a deer on State Route 550. 

11 Aug 2025 Deputy Welch began an investigation into a company truck being stolen from Fairfield Township, being a 2013 Ford F150.  This case remains under investigation.
