I.G.N.I.T.E. Certificate Graduation
Please join us in celebrating Phillip Singer for his outstanding achievement in graduating from the Washington County Sheriff's Office I.G.N.I.T.E. program—completing the nationally recognized “ServSafe Person in Charge” course, provided by the Ohio Department of Health. This certification equips individuals with the essential skills and knowledge to lead with confidence in food safety and service—an important step toward future leadership roles.
But Phillip’s journey doesn’t end there. Demonstrating true initiative, he has taken the next step by connecting with Full Circle Recovery Services. There, he will receive continued support through group therapy, transportation assistance, counseling, case management, and sober peer mentorship.
We are incredibly proud of Phillip’s determination, resilience, and commitment to personal growth. His drive to pursue a brighter, healthier future is both inspiring and deeply commendable.
I.G.N.I.T.E. provides structured educational and vocational programming within jails, equipping incarcerated individuals with the tools they need to rebuild their lives. From GED preparation and life skills development to job readiness and cognitive behavioral classes, I.G.N.I.T.E. is designed to interrupt cycles of incarceration by focusing on personal growth and opportunity.
