8 Dec 2025 Deputy Gerber began an investigation into a damaging/theft incident in Newport Township.
9 Dec 2025 Deputy Groves began an investigation into a dog biting an individual in Fairfield Township.
10 Dec 2025 Deputy Groves began an investigation into an animal abuse complaint in Pioneer Township.
11 Dec 2025 Deputy Groves began an investigation into a dog bite incident in Warren Township.
12 Dec 2025 Deputy Norris began an investigation into electronic harassment through Facebook.
12 Dec 2025 deputies along with the Little Hocking Vol. Fire Dept. squad responded to the scene of a deceased individual.
12 Dec 2025 Deputy Gainer responded to 3883 Two Mile Run Road, Cutler, OH, Decatur Township, to Jadein Alli Howard reporting she was assaulted by Cameron Levi Kennedy. Contact was made with both Howard and Kennedy and both parties advised this argument started over personal issues. Both parties stated they were in a verbal argument which turned into a physical altercation causing some injuries. Howard had red marks on her arm and chest which she stated were caused by Kennedy pushing her, and Kennedy had red marks on his face, right elbows, and back, which he stated was from Howard striking him and throwing items at him. Both subjects were advised that they would be getting a summons for disorderly conduct through Marietta Municipal Court.
12 Dec 2025 while on patrol Deputy Thornberry and Deputy Wallace observed a vehicle with a poorly lit registration bearing GA registration. Deputies observed the driver moving inside the vehicle which included drastically leaning from one side to the other and bending forward. A traffic stop was initiated at Pike and Acme Streets. Contact was made with the driver and only occupant, Celvin Rondell Baker. When asked regarding firearms in the vehicle, a delayed response was given by Baker, with him eventually stating no. Baker was asked to step from the vehicle, however he did not wish to get out of the vehicle. Once Baker placed one leg outside the vehicle, a firearm was observed under his foot. Deputies secured the firearm which contained a round in the chamber and rounds in the magazine. Baker, age 32, Woodvine, GA, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

Kristin Nicole Dutcher, age 42, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a felony.
Christopher Anthony Boop, age 44, Lima, OH, theft, vandalism, possession of criminal tools, and breaking and entering, all felonies.
Sarah Virginia Lent, age 42, Parkersburg, WV, complicity, a felony.
Zachary Allen Clatterbuck, age, Vincent, OH, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a felony.
There are currently 26 women and 96 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
