Vincent Man Arrested 15 Dec 2025

Vincent, OH – 16 Dec 2025 Sheriff Warden reported that on 15 Dec 2025 the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau executed a search warrant at 509 Short Brook Road, Vincent, OH, Belpre Township, in reference to an ongoing investigation.  The investigation was related to possession and distribution of child pornography.

During the search, Zachary Allen Clatterbuck,  age 31, was interviewed and admitted to possessing child pornography. A preliminary search of his cell phone revealed child pornography material, including the rape of prepubescent children. This preliminary search indicated Clatterbuck is obtaining and distributing child pornography material, not merely viewing it.

Clatterbuck was subsequently arrested for pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a felony of the 2nd degree. This investigation remains ongoing, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office is actively conducting a forensic examination of his electronic devices. Additional indictments may be forthcoming.

Clatterbuck appeared in Marietta Municipal Court and is being held on $50,000 plus no contact with anyone under 18 years of age.
