It is with great sadness that K9 handler Deputy Michael Harlow and members of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office mourn the loss of K9 Brody.

K9 Brody was an 11 year old explosive detecting K9. K9 Brody served at WCSO with Handler Deputy Harlow until K9 Brody retired in July 2024. 

K9 Brody began his career in Law Enforcement at the Ohio University Police Department, beginning in July 2014 until December 2021.

K9 Brody and his handler, Deputy Harlow, began their career with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in December 2021, where they served the community together until K9 Brody retired in July 2024.
