WCSO and MCSO Sheriff’s Execute Joint Operation 13 May 2025
On May 9th, 2025, the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Joint Drug Task Force, executed four search warrants as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation. This coordinated operation resulted in the recovery of several firearms and a large quantity of illegal drugs, including but not limited to Methamphetamine, Eutylone, Fentanyl, and Cocaine.
A total of seven individuals were arrested in connection with the operation. Six individuals were charged at this time.
Elijah McCants, 3696 Freeman Road, Columbus: charged with one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2) and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (F2). Bond: $100,000 cash/property/surety. As of 05/12/2025, was bound over to Grand Jury, Bond held at $100,000 cash/property/surety.
Lindsay B. Pierce-Parsons, 55 West Jefferson Avenue, McConnelsville: charged with one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2) and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (F2). Bond: $200,000 cash/property/surety. As of 05/12/2025, was bound over to Grand Jury Bond held at $200,000 Own recognizance Bond with Leg Monitored house arrest.
Lindsey T. Parsons, 55 West Jefferson Avenue, McConnelsville: charged with one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2) and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (F2). Bond: $100,000 cash/property/surety. As of 05/12/2025, was bound over to Grand Jury Bond held at $100,000 Own recognizance Bond with Leg monitored house arrest.
Chelsea J. Duncan, 8105 State Route 669, McConnelsville: charged with one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2) and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (F2). Bond: $10,000 cash/property/surety. As of 05/12/2025, was bond over to Grand Jury, Bond held at $10,000 cash/property/surety.
Sierra J. Schultz, 1032 North Main Street, Malta: charged with one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2) and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity (F2). Bond: $100,000 cash/property/surety. As of 05/12/2025, was bound over to Grand Jury, Bond held at $100,000 cash/property/surety.
Andrea Dzierwa, 7405 Sharps Ridge Road, Crooksville: charged with one count of Possession of Dangerous Drugs (F5). Released on an OR bond. As of 05/12/2025, was bound over to Grand Jury, Bond held at $10,000 Own recognizance.
SUSPECT AT LARGE
Mark Bumgardner, 7405 Sharps Ridge Road, Crooksville: fled the scene, is currently a fugitive from justice and remains at large. Bumgardner is currently wanted on the following charges: Having Weapons Under Disability (F3), two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (Schedule 1 & 2) (F2), Receiving Stolen Property (F4). As of 05/12/2025 Mark Bumgardner remains at large.
A significant quantity of drugs and multiple firearms were seized from his residence during the execution of the search warrant.
