The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail 5 May 2025:
Jacob Allen Middleton, age 28, Belpre, OH, probation violation, a felony.
Kelly Jane Farnsworth, age 37, Marietta, OH, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.
Natasha Katherine Dunn, age 35, Williamstown, WV, breach of recognizance and probation violation, both misdemeanors.
Russell Brian Bibbee, age 57, Elizabeth, WV, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, all felonies.
Brandon Craig McIntire, age 28, Parkersburg, WV, burglary, a felony, criminal damaging, aggravated menacing, criminal damaging, and criminal trespass, all misdemeanors.
Charles Austin Roberts, age 44, Vienna, WV, theft, a misdemeanor, and arson, a felony.
There are currently 16 women and 97 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
