14 Jun 2025 deputies and the Dunham Vol. Fire Department responded to the scene of a deceased individual.
16 Jun 2025 Deputy Huffer was made aware of a TPO violation by Davon Kidd. It was reported that on 14 Jun 2025 Kidd was at an address on Main Street, Adams Township, in which the resident has a protection order against Kidd. The protected person reported on 16 Jun that Kidd had been sending messages and attempting to call, after the order was issued and served. A warrant was requested and issued for Davon E. Kidd, Lowell, OH, on a charge of violating a protection order.

Deonte Lamar Woods, age 35, Akron, OH, trafficking in drugs, trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl related compound, all felonies.
Tyler James Fox, age 36, Coolville, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor, tampering with evidence, possession of fentanyl related compound and possession of drugs, all felonies.
Jamie Lewis Chapman, II, age 23, Belpre, OH, probation violation, a felony.
Jessica Renee Queen, age 31, Belpre, OH, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of fentanyl related compound, and trafficking in fentanyl related compound, all felonies.
Jarrell Edward Smith, age 30, Warren, OH, trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana, both felonies.
Barker Wilson Stanley, IV, age 45, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.
Gregory Scott Perry, age 41, Belpre, OH, 2 counts probation violation, both misdemeanors.
Jeffery Scott McCloud, age 32, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.
Gurmel Lyman McDonald, age 37, Parkersburg, WV, possession of drugs and domestic violence, both felonies, and obstructing official business, a misdemeanor.
John Douglas Pugh, age 45, Marietta, OH, trespassing, a felony.
Russell Dean Brooks, Jr., age 38, Marietta, OH, contempt of court, a misdemeanor.
Daniel Scott Brunty, age 38, Belpre, OH, aggravated robbery, robbery, felonious assault and theft from a disabled adult, all felonies.
There are currently 17 women and 105 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
