18 Sept 2026 at approximately 2216 hours Deputy Huck observed a silver Ford Fusion bearing West Virginia registration, exit the parking lot of Dollar Genera, Grandview Township. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Alisha Floyd, and she was attempting to hide her face. Deputy Huck followed the vehicle in which the vehicle pulled over multiple times to let the deputy pass. Deputy McElroy also observed the vehicle only have one working headlight. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was again confirmed as Alisha Floyd, who was found to be driving on an out of state operator’s license suspension. A citation was issued to Floyd for driving under suspension.
19 Sept 2026 Deputy Huck began an investigation into a burglary/theft in Waterford Township.
20 Sept 2026 Deputy Mays responded to 2095 Rocky Point Road, Barlow Township, in reference to a report of Jerry Caldwell grabbing Zeta Caldwell by the hair. Zeta advised she was in an argument with Jerry and after she left the room Jerry followed her and when Jerry entered the room he grabbed an aquarium tank and threw it on the ground causing it to break. Jerry then reportedly cornered Zeta and began to “strike” her, and pulled her hair. After speaking with all witnesses to the incident, it was decided that both Zeta Madyson Lee Caldwell, age 22, and Jerry Lee Caldwell, age 72, would be charged with disorderly conduct, fighting.
