29 Jul 2026 Deputy Huck began investigation a burglary in the Fearing Township area with a substantial amount of property being stolen, to include jewelry and hunting/sporting equipment. 

30 Jul 2026 at approximately 2311 hours Deputy McElroy was dispatched to a disturbance at 12707 State Route 60, Lot 38, Adams Township.  Deputy McElroy located the involved parties, Chad William Warner and Samantha Kate Conway. Conway had a swollen left cheek and bruising to her right eye. Warner had bruising to his left eye and dried blood on his left ear and shirt collar. Through investigation it was learned that a verbal altercation ensued. During this argument, it became physical and Conway advised they engaged in a mutual physical altercation. Conway advised Warner struck her multiple times with a closed fist and she did the same to Warner. Warner advised Conway was physical towards him, but he did not know how Conway became injured.  Chad Warner, age 41, and Samantha Conway, age 29, were placed under arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Tara Nichole Riggsins, age 41, Belpre, OH, obstructing justice, a felony, and drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Jacob Allen Thomas, age 19, Waverly, WV, fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

Trenton Michael Cremeans, age 33, Belpre, OH, domestic violence, a felony.

Ryson Lee Reliford, age 35, parole violation, a felony.

Audrey Ann Tanzella, age 68, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Rita Isabelle Draper, age 40, Parkersburg, WV, possession of drugs, a felony.

Mason Andrew Nelson, age 38, Cutler, OH, FTA child support (Athens County), 3 counts driving under suspension, contempt of court, no seatbelt, failure to display plates, and fictitious plates, all misdemeanors, and 2 counts probation violation, both felonies.

Amara Macy Alfstad, age 24, Cutler, OH, obstructing official business, a misdemeanor.

Justin Matthew Castin, age 48, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Michael Jay Bond, age 39, Marietta, OH, possession of drugs, 2 counts having weapons while under disability, all felonies.

Edward Baines Bogan, age 60, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Daniel Edward Sprouse, age 40, Walker, WV, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, a misdemeanor.
