Community Watch comes to Lowell

This past week, Lowell residents packed the house for a successful Community Watch meeting with Sheriff Mark Warden. Citizens learned about the various programs offered through the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, how to report suspicious activity, and the importance of building a strong Community Watch program to help keep Lowell safe.
