19 Dec 2025 Deputy Wallace was dispatched to Muskingum Township regarding a domestic incident involving Zachary Henry.  It was determined that there were pending charges of domestic violence in West Virginia.  The WV authorities reached out to the victim this date in which Henry became upset, watching over th4e victim while they completed the statement6 form. Henry was also advising the victim of what to write and became agitated with them.  The victim was eventually thrown to the ground. An attempt to contact Henry met with negative results.  A warrant was requested and issued on Zachary W. Henry, age 25, 2140 Caywood Road, Marietta, OH, on a charge of domestic violence.  Henry was served his warrant on 22 Dec 2025.

21 Dec 2025 Lt. Windland filed charges of fugitive from justice on Christopher Antony Boop, 1280 Wonderlick Road, Lima, OH. The charges on Boop are out of Wood County, WV, 3 counts of breaking and entering,

Garrett David Wichterman, age 32, Waverly, WV, contempt of court.

Rebecca June Crudele, age 44, Waverly, WV, conspiracy and corrupting another with drugs, both felonies.

Matthew Ray Cobb, age 45, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Hueston Le Kellar, age 37, Parkersburg, WV, possession of drugs, a felony, driving under suspension and contempt of court, both misdemeanors.

James Daniel Kirk, age 36, Clarksburg, WV, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Keenan Dwayne Hall, Jr., age 24, Marietta, OH, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, a misdemeanor, and parole violation a felony.

Joseph Oliver Beaumier, age 25, Ravenswood, WV, 2 counts theft, a misdemeanor and felony.

There are currently 26 females and 97 males incarcerated at the Washington County Jail.
