16 Nov 2025 Sgt. Parks and Deputy Talarico were dispatched to Second Street in the Village of New Matamoras, regarding Scott Johnson making threats of harm to a family, including burning a house down.  Johnson had kicked in the residence door prior to law enforcement arriving, and gained entry.  The resident had heard banging on the door from upstairs.  The subjects then looked out a window and observed Johnson at the back door.  Johnson screamed profanity at the resident to open the door.  Johnson made motions of throat cutting towards the residents once he gained entry.  The resident was able to leave the home shortly thereafter.  Johnson was not able to be located, and warrants were requested for his arrest.  Charges of aggravated menacing, 2 counts, and aggravated burglary were filed on Scott Allen Johnson, age 29, through Marietta Municipal Court.  Three warrants were issued and processed for Johnson’s arrest.

Victor Michael Argumosa, Jr., age 34, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Cleveland Jeff Bedgood, age 50, Lockport, NY, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, all felonies.

Valerie Ann Wiley, age 42, Marietta, OH, tampering with evidence, a felony.

Kevin Andrew Williams, age 37, New Matamoras, OH, possession of drugs, 2 counts, and trafficking in drugs, all felonies.

Levi Adam Henderson, age 47, Marietta OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Bryce Franklin Roscoe, age 47, Rayland, OH, probation violation and OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, both misdemeanors.

Angela Rene Vincent, age 41,  Williamstown, WV, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Branden Allen Holcomb, age 39, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Zachary Tyler Hearn, age 28, Little Hocking, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Lucas Alan Heiss, age 45, Waterford, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Robert NMN Windsor IV, age 36 , Pomeroy, OH, breach of recognizance and driving under suspension - license forfeiture, all misdemeanors.

Jessica Anne King, age 37 Marietta, OH, speed, a misdemeanor.

Daniel Ross Snider, age 54, Parkersburg, WV, possession of drugs, a felony.

William Michael Sims, age 29, Parkersburg, WV, endangering children, turn and stop signals and driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, all misdemeanors.

Zachary Alan Johnson, age 25, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Patience Leighann Glidden, age 18, Marietta, OH, aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 24 women and 103 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
