2026 Peer-to-Peer Awards Ceremony

Congratulations to the 2026 Peer-to-Peer Award Recipients!

Last week, in partnership with the Washington County Behavioral Health Board, we proudly presented the 2026 Peer-to-Peer Awards during the Community Impact Award Dinner at the Shriners Club. This recognition highlights the dedication and tireless work of our professional peers.

These individuals play a crucial role in the IGNITE program, offering encouragement, motivation, and support while making a significant impact on the lives of IGNITE members.

This year’s Peer of the Year awards were especially meaningful. Andrew Strock and Marlena Lawson, both recent inmates who participated in the IGNITE program, had the opportunity to recognize the professional peers who made the greatest difference in their lives during their time in the program.

“The success of IGNITE comes down to people who are willing to invest their time in someone else. When former inmates can stand up and recognize the person who helped them make a positive change, that says more about the value of this program than any statistic ever could.”-Sheriff Warden

Congratulations to all of this year’s recipients, and thank you to our professional peers for the difference you make every day!
