Cecil Edward Schultheisz III, age 50, Little Hocking, OH, possession of drugs, a felony.

Mark Andrew Lowers, age 33. Vincent, OH, obstructing official business, a misdemeanor, tampering with evidence and possession of drugs, both felonies.

Alec Lee Davis, age 28, Marietta, OH, contempt of court, probation violation, both misdemeanors, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence, both felonies.

Joshua Wayne Sheets, age 40, Parkersburg, WV, probation violation, 2 counts, both felonies.

Dennis Wade Rife, age 29, Akron, OH, 2 counts having weapons while under disability, 2 counts improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle, all felonies, and 3 counts aggravated menacing, all misdemeanors.

James Lee Way, age 55, Waterford, OH, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both and contempt of court, both misdemeanors.

Kevin Andrew Williams, age 38, New Matamoras, OH, aggravated possession of drugs, 2 counts having weapons while under disability, all felonies, obstructing official business and driving under suspension, or in violation of license restriction, both misdemeanors.
