23 Mar 2026 Deputy Bush began an investigation into a domestic incident in Belpre Township which was determined to be unfounded.

24 Mar 2026 in the 2000-block of State Route 821, Muskingum Township, Deputy Wallace and Deputy Mays conducted a traffic stop on a red Dodge sedan bearing West Virginia registration for a marked lanes violation.  The driver was identified as well as the passenger.  K9 Mauser conducted an open-air sniff with Deputy Wallace, with a positive indication on the driver side front door.  The passenger, Misha Satow, stated she could not remember if her meth was on her person or in her purse.  A search was conducted of Satow and her purse.  Located was paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine, 1.43 grams.  Misha N Satow, 1805 26th Street, Parkersburg, WV, was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Jail.  During the intake process Correction Officer Sgt. Skidmore located 0.5 grams of suspected fentanyl on Satow’s person.  Satow is being charged with two counts of possession of drugs both felonies in the 5th degree and conveyance a felony in the 3rd degree.

David Irvin Wolfert, age 47, Lowell, OH, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanors.

Jonathan Michael Range, age 42, Mineral Wells, WV, theft without consent,

Charles Wayne Carter, age 58, Belpre, OH, probation violation, 2 counts, both felonies.

Kyra Marie Warrener, age 25, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a felony.
