13 Jun 2025 Deputy Tucker began an investigation into a theft of a mower in Marietta Township. This case remains under investigation.
13 Jun 2025 Deputy Morris completed charges for resisting arrest on Jessica Marie Biehl, age, Marietta, OH. Deputies responded to the residence to serve an active warrant. Deputies observed Biehl and made contact with her. Biehl continued pulling away from officers before finally retreating to another room. Deputies continued to give verbal commands to Biehl and she was eventually taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail on all charges.
14 Jun 2025 at approximately 1859 hrs. Deputy Tucker conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle bearing OH registration near the 5 mile marker of I88, SB, Muskingum Township for noticeably dark window tint. The operator, Jada Shanklin, was advised of the window’s tint darkness, at which time she stated she did not have a valid driver’s license. This was confirmed through dispatch and a citation for driving under suspension was issued to Shanklin, 308 Short Street, Marietta, OH.
