🚨 SCAM ALERT! 🚨
On this date the Washington County Sheriff’s Office received a few calls from citizens reporting a call from a Lt. Donald Baxter with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
The individuals were advised to call Lt. Baxter back, however were never given a return phone number.
This is a SCAM, the Sheriff’s Office, Marietta, Washington County, Ohio, does not have a Lt. Baxter and never had a Lt. Baxter.
Please be aware of this recent SCAM and report anything suspicious to your local law enforcement.
