The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail 28 May 2025 and 29 May 2025:

William Joseph Witten, age 57, Marietta, OH, OVI alcohol, a felony, drug of abuse or both, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs .17 or 1 gram or more, driving under OVI suspension, failure 5to control, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, all misdemeanors.

Danzell Larry Lee Sullivan, age 21, Akron, OH, possession of fentanyl, trafficking in fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and trafficking in cocaine, all felonies.

Uriah Matthew Hill, age 49, Marietta, OH, resisting arrest, obstructing official business, both misdemenoars, and assault of a peace officer, a felony.

Dalton Matthew Ball, age 27, Marietta, OH, possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs, tampering with evidence and possession of drugs, all felonies.

Michael Leon Thomas, age 25, Dublin, OH, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, having weapons while under disability, and receiving stolen property, all felonies.

Corey David Poynter, age 45, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, 2 counts, both misdemeanors.

Shane Allen Eaton, age 37, Parkersburg, WV, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse or both, probation violation and contempt of court, all misdemeanors.

Robert Zaine Barker, age 39, Ravenswood, WV, probation violation, a felony.

Rachel Janelle Bauerbach, age 43, Beverly, OH, possession of drugs, a felony.

David Michael Braykovish, age 59, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, a misdemeanor.

Robert Hugh Staats, age 44, Belpre, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Dustin Cole Farnsworth, age 43, Fleming, OH, assault, a misdemeanor.

Gregory Scott Perry, age 41, Belpre, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 17 women and 97 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
