Busch Light and another small beer prior to the crash.  Hill was administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). Prior to completing the test, Hill projectile vomited all over the officers, and quickly made his way to a nearby ditch and continued aggressively and profusely vomiting.  Hill nearly fell over a nearby hill into a creek near this ditch.
