17 Jul 2026 Deputy Wallace was dispatched to State Route 821, Muskingum Township, to a report of a female passed out in a vehicle at the location. Upon approaching the Chevy sedan, bearing OH registration, passenger side, a female was located in the driver’s seat. Also observed was a burnt piece of foil on the gear shifter and a snorting straw. The female appeared to have very low respirations. Deputy Wallace knocked on the car door as she opened the door to find the female, known to her as Lee Charlton, Charlton had a basket on her lap, and tried to sit on top of the foil and snorting straw. Charlton was patted down for weapons or contraband while waiting on the medical personnel to arrival. Charlton advised she was in a clinic and had purchased fentanyl. Fentanyl was located in the vehicle weighing 2.04 grams, along with paraphernalia throughout the vehicle. Charlton was transported for medical attention and a warrant was requested and issued for Lee A Charlton, 1588 Federal Road, Little Hocking, OH, on a charge of possession of drugs.
17 Jul 2026 deputies along with personnel with the Little Muskingum VFD responded to the scene of a deceased individual.
18 Jul 2026 Deputy Wallace was dispatched to conduct a welfare check. Medical attention was provided to the parties involved.
19 Jul 2026 Deputy Welch was dispatched to State Route 7, Marietta Township, to a report of David Tittle stealing an EV bike. The bike is valued at $478. It was advised that the owner of the bike observed Tittle steal the bike at an address other than the State Route 7 address. A warrant was requested and issued for the arrest of David Michael Tittle, age 57, 803 Columbus Avenue, Martins Ferry, OH, for theft.

Brittany Colleen Bradshaw, age 37, Williamstown, WV, trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a felony.
Timothy Edward Gibson, age 59, Stewart, OH, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, a misdemeanor.
