IGNITE Program Update
Inmates participating in the Washington County Sheriff’s Office IGNITE Program recently started specialized training to become Hydro Technicians. This certification provides them with the skills and opportunities needed to immediately seek employment upon release, giving them a strong foundation for a successful future.
We extend a special thanks to Damon Drake and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, AFL-CIO, for making this training possible. We look forward to continuing to build our training relationship with the Union as we expand opportunities for inmates to gain valuable workforce skills.
