15 May 2025 Lt. Johnson completed a private property accident report at Starlight Drive, Marietta Township.
15 May 2025 Deputy Harlow completed a private property accident report at Waterford High School, Waterford Township.
15 May 2025 Deputy Thornberry was on routine patrol in Grandview Township. A vehicle travelling in front of Deputy Thornberry made an abrupt turn onto another street. The vehicle returned to State Route 7 and again making more abrupt turns. The vehicle appeared to be traveling above the posted speed limit and a traffic stop was initiated. Contact was made with Stacy Holter, who explained the reasons for her abrupt driving and changing of directions. When asked to search the vehicle Holter agreed. This search revealed 3.68 grams of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Stacy A Holter, age 49, 865 Leith Run Road, New Matamoras, OH, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of drugs, and transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.
15 May 2025 Jail Lt. Windland was notified that Marquis Jaquan Thomas, current inmate, had a warrant from the State of Illinois, for parole violation. The warrant was confirmed and identifiers compared with those from Thomas when he was processed into the Jail, finding him to be the subject wanted on the warrant. Thomas, age 25, Flint, MI, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
16 May 2025 Deputy Tullius began an investigation into thefts that occurred in Waterford Township. Charges of theft are pending on a juvenile at this time.
17 May 2025 Deputy Boyd began an investigation into a possible TPO Violation.
18 May 2025 Deputies along with the Reno Volunteer Fire Dept. Squad responded to the scene of a deceased individual in Marietta Township.
18 May 2025 Deputy Windland responded to Belpre Township to an unruly juvenile. Charges of domestic violence are pending at this time.

Heather Lee Wagner, age 49, Parkersburg, WV, aggravated possession of a fentanyl related compound, possession of drugs, both felonies.
Malacha Aaronique Bryant, age 24 Columbus, OH, possession of fentanyl related compound, a felony.
Lisa Mae Henthorne, age 43 Beverly, OH, theft, a misdemeanor.
Donald Eugene Metheney, Jr., age 52, Newport, OH, obstructing official business, a felony, disorderly conduct 2 counts, both misdemeanors.
Russell Allen McCabe, age 57, Marietta, OH, aggravated possession of drugs, a felony.
Zachory Darrall Burdette, age 34, Marietta, OH, possession of fentanyl related compound.
Charity Bless Velasco Franco, age 21, Coolville, OH, theft, a misdemeanor.
William Allen McAtee, Jr., age 30, Marietta, OH, assault of a peace officer, a felony, criminal mischief and criminal trespass, both misdemeanors.
There are currently 19 women and 90 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
