Drug Arrest Belpre, OH

24 Jun 2025 Sheriff Warden reports the arrest of Jessica Renee Queen, George Street, Belpre, OH, on 23 Jun 2025 after a mutual coalition with the Belpre City Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau.

A search warrant was served at 708 George Street in reference to a narcotics investigation. 

Officers located a bag of methamphetamine, weighing 38.69 grams and a bag of fentanyl, weighing 56.67 grams in a safe in Queen’s bedroom.  Also found within the bedroom were digital scales, Ziploc bags, bags of sweeteners (cutting agents) a blender, and a drug ledger.  

Queen was advised of her Miranda Rights with her stating she understood those and agreed to speak with officers.  Queen advised the drugs belonged to her that were located and that she had recently used fentanyl.

Queen was placed under arrest and charged with trafficking in fentanyl and possession of fentanyl, both 1st degree felonies, and possession of methamphetamine, a 2nd degree felony.

 Queen appeared in Marietta Municipal Court on 24 Jun 2025 and is being held without bond.
