3 May 2026 at approximately 1744 hours Deputy Huck was dispatched to School House Road, Belpre Township, to a report of Ryan Patel​ threatening to strike members of the household with a baseball bat.  Patel became irate over allegations and was heard stating that he was going to hit them with a baseball bat and bash ​their head in. Patel admitted to saying, “I should beat your ass.”  Patel was placed under arrest and upon searching his person a cylinder was located with a total of 10.86 grams of a clear crystalline substance, suspected to be meth​, inside.  Ryan Logan Patel, age 46, was charged with domestic violence and possession of methamphetamine and processed into the Washington County Jail.

3 May 2026 Deputy Davis responded to Farson Street, Belpre Township, in reference to a report of Shane Floyd assaulting an individual.  Floyd and the victim were in a verbal argument with Floyd yelling at the victim.  Floyd shoved the victim to the ground and sat on her, which restrained her from getting up or walking away. Floyd also pinned the victim against the countertop.  When asked numerous times to leave, Floyd would not leave and was looking throughout the home for items, leaving the rooms in disarray.  Floyd spoke via phone with Deputy Davis after he absconded. Floyd would not advise his location and declined to meet.  Floyd denied shoving the victim on the ground and sitting on her. He stated the victim came to him and went dead weight causing them to fall on the ground with Floyd falling on top of her. Shane also denied pinning Alicia against the counter in the kitchen.  A warrant was requested through Marietta Municipal Court, for assault on Shane Lewis Floyd, 503 Barclay Street, Belpre, OH.

3 May 2026 Deputy Davis responded to Farson Street, Belpre ​Township, to a report of Natasha Sandlin being in a verbal argument with another individual.  The victim reported Sandlin slapped him in the face due to an argument.  Sandlin also was pulling her car into the driveway to park and bumped the victim with the front bumper of the vehicle while he was carrying a trash can. Sandlin stated she had just moved into the house and ​she and the victim had been arguing for approximately a day about living conditions, however there was no physical violence between the two.  Sandlin denied bumping ​the victim with her car.  Natasha Elaine Sandlin, 1149 Farson Street, Belpre, OH, was placed under arrest and consented to deputies searching her vehicle. Located in a purse was a pill bottle containing suspected methamphetamine. Sandlin admitted this was meth, and it was hers. Sandlin was transported to the Washington County Jail charged with domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance.

Drew Allen Maynard, age 33, St. Albans, WV, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.

Quinton Leroy Kovaleski, age 42, Columbus, OH, probation violation and contempt of court.

Justin Matthew Castin, age 48, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Bradley Allen Lightfritz, age 47, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Shaun Michael Mentzer, age 45, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

David Michael Dorsey, age 51, Vienna, WV, fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor.

Chloe Marie Ellison, age 19, Parkersburg, WV, possession of drugs, a felony.

Devonn NMN Curtis, age 66, violation of a protection order, 11 counts, harassment by inmate, and assault, all felonies.

Mareesa Heaven Lyshae Richards, age 23, Belpre, OH, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

Angela Marie Moore, age 46, probation violation, 2 counts, both felonies.
