Joanie Brittany Wagner, age 28, Dobson, NC, possession of drugs, a felony.

Michael Ray Atkinson, age 44, Coolville, OH, theft, breaking and entering, and theft of a motor vehicle, all felonies.

Gary Eugene McIntire, age 66, Belpre, OH, possession of fentanyl and possession of drugs, both felonies.

There are currently 29 females and 98 males incarcerated at the Washington County Jail.
