18 Nov 2025 Deputy Thornberry responded to Par Mar, Muskingum Township, Marietta, OH, to a report of an intoxicated man at the location. Adam Park, 5554 Cinna Drive, Columbus, OH, was found inside the business and the odor of an alcoholic beverage was immediately detected. When asked how much Park had to drink he stated four.  Park’s eyes were bloodshot and watery.  In speaking with personnel at the location, it was reported that Park was driving a black Toyota sedan that was parked in the lot.  Park performed poorly on the standard SFSTs.  Park was arrested and charged with OVI and was transported to the Washington County Jail.

19 Nov 2025 Deputy Bush began an investigation into telephone harassment in Warren Township.  Charges are pending in this investigation.

19 Nov 2025 Deputy Norris met with an individual that reported Nathan Lemley, 1326 Bull Run Road, Waverly, WV, had assaulted an individual a while back.  The victim was struck numerous times in the eye, causing it to be black.  This incident occurred in an area in the county and another incident occurred in the city limits of Marietta when Lemley struck the victim in the mouth with a phone in his hand.  Warrants for Lemley’s arrest were filed with Marietta Municipal Court on a charge of assault. 

20 Nov 2025 deputies along with personnel with the Little Hocking Volunteer Fire department responded to the scene of a deceased male. 

21 Nov 2025 Lt. Hornbeck was advised of a missing subject from Muskingum Township.  The subject was travelling and contact was made and the subject was found to be okay.

21 Nov 2025 Deputy Welch began an investigation in Muskingum Township of a burglary/breaking and entering

23 Nov 2025 Deputy Gerber began an investigation in Muskingum Township of a theft.   Charges are pending in this investigation.

24 Nov 2025 Deputy Tucker began an investigation in Muskingum Township of an unruly juvenile.  Charges are pending in this investigation.

24 Nov 2025 Deputy Gainer began an investigation into identity fraud in Belpre Township regarding an AEP account. 

25 Nov 2025 Deputy Pugh began an investigation into an illegal dump site in Ludlow Township. 

26 Nov 2025 at approximately 1710 hrs. while incarcerated in the Washington County Jail, 101 Westview Avenue, Marietta, Isaiah Thomas Hinson, 1110 Moody Ridge Road, Vincent, OH, was in classroom 1.  Lt. Windland approached Hinson to talk to him about a hands on incident.  Hinson was explaining what had occurred during the incident and proceeded to step towards the window and struck the glass with his forehead and closed fist.  This caused the glass to shatter.  Hinson began crying and proceeded to apologize for breaking the glass.   A charge of vandalism was  filed on Hinson.

Terry Lee Fisher, Jr., age 41, Logan, OH, breach of recognizance and domestic violence, both misdemeanors.

Glinda Gay Andrew, age 47, Davisville, WV, contempt of court, a misdemeanor.

Marquise Tyrone Marshall, age 29, Marietta, OH, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Thomas Marvin Tanner, age 59, New Matamoras, OH, possession of drugs and  trafficking in drugs, both felonies.

Robert Lewis Graham, age 53, Marietta, OH, hit skip leaving scene, a misdemeanor.

Greg Edward Raber, Sr., age 50, Marietta,  OH, having weapons while under disability, a felony, and menacing, a misdemeanor.

Robin Lacey Adams, age 36, Marietta, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

Charles Allen John Roberts, age 23, Whipple, OH, aggravated menacing, 3 counts, domestic violence and using weapons while intoxicated, all misdemeanors, burglary and kidnapping, both felonies.

Kesean William Martin, age 24, Akron, OH, driving under suspension and speed, both misdemeanors.

Jordan Thomas Trifletti, age 22, Waterford, OH, domestic violence, a misdemeanor.

There are currently 27 women and 108 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
