Brandon Lee Gibbs, age 32, Marietta, OH, criminal damaging, theft, both misdemeanors.

Robert John Gotschall, age 40, Charleston, WV, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

Connie Sue Schau, age 72,  Lowell, OH, public indecency, a misdemeanor.

Isaiah Thomas Hinson, age 19, Vincent, OH, having weapons while under disability, receiving stolen property, possession of drugs, theft, and probation violation, all felonies.

Richard Lawrence Thompson, age 36, Belpre, OH, possessing drug abuse instruments, OVI alcohol, drug of abuse, and failure to control, all misdemeanors.

Keith Francis Heiss, age 47, Lowell, OH, domestic violence, and breach of recognizance, both misdemeanors.

Jessica Margarette Rankin, age 48, tampering with evidence, possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments, breach of recognizance, possession of drugs, obstructing official business, all felonies.

Zhjontaya Me’chelli Anderson, age 28, Savannah, GA, probation violation, a felony.

Jerry Lee Russell, age 44, Needmore, PA, OVI, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, driving under suspension, all misdemeanors, having weapons while under disability and theft, both felonies.

There are currently 28 women and 111 men incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
