The GoPacks Top Chef Challenge is our largest fundraiser of the year, and a ton of fun! The theme of the night is using food to fight food insecurity.
Professional and home cooks will compete, creating original recipes using items frequently sent home in GoPacks’ food bags! (Think granola bars, fruit cups, etc.!) The evening also includes dinner, a cash bar, 50/50 raffle, and culinary themed auctions.
We have a delicious menu planned for the evening expertly crafted by Valley Catering. You will be able to select from three delicious entrees to be enjoyed after appetizers and a salad:
Stuffed Chicken Breast of spinach, feta, roasted red peppers with a parmesan cream sauce with red skin potatoes and vegetable medley with broccoli, squash, peppers and onions
Rolled Stuffed Eggplant with ricotta cheese, red skin potatoes and vegetable medley
Pistachio Crusted Cod with a miso sauce with red skin potatoes and vegetable medley
Dessert and coffee will follow.
