Stackpole & Aboo

The Washington County Sheriff's Office purchased Aboo in the summer of 2005 and she entered service after completing four weeks of training with Deputy Stackpole.

Aboo can perform many different tasks, such as building and field searches, evidence searches and apprehension skills. Aboo can sniff out drugs such as crack, marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

Constant obedience training is a necessity since Aboo is an apprehension dog and requires up-keep at home, feeding, exercising and grooming.
