On 10 Apr 14 a thirty-four year old Belpre resident reported her fourteen year old son did not return home before his 9 pm curfew on 8 Apr and he has yet to return home. The teenager phoned his mother later in the day and came home at approximately 7:45 pm (132).

On 10 Apr 14 Rose M. Warden, age 59, 2738 Barnett Ridge Road, Fleming, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect threw a rock through the left taillight of her Mazda 6 station wagon. This case remains under investigation (132).

On 10 Apr 14 Peggy M. Vess, age 60, 1605 Germantown Road, Whipple, reported she was away from her residence between 6:40 am and 3:30 pm and during that period an unknown suspect(s) entered her home and stole $35 in change, a jigsaw and several gold necklaces. This case remains under investigation (113).

On 10 Apr 14 Sgt. Mankins requested summonses for Richard A. Finley, age 52, 680 Main Street Apt. B, Waterford, and his wife, Jacqueline, age 42, for disorderly conduct. Both parties appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and admitted being involved in an argument over division of their property. A brief altercation may have taken place but Sgt. Mankins could find no evidence of such an occurrence.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Eddie Marvin Houseworth Jr., age 45, 5805 Millers Run Fallen Timber, Lucasville, OH, for .08 breath OVI, speeding, operating a vehicle without a license, for driving outside the marked lanes of travel and two counts of failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Houseworth was arrested on State Route 7 in Belpre by Sgt. Mankins of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 14 at 1:50 am.

Christopher Nelson Kirk, age 29, 711 Water Street, Smithburg, PA, for OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Kirk was arrested on State Route 60 in Waterford by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 14 at 2:49 am.

Dexter Eugene Marks Jr., age 25, 902 Latrobe Street, Parkersburg, for being a fugitive from justice, a felony. Marks was arrested in Marietta by Deputy Sheriff White and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 14 at 12:31 pm.

Julie Anne Reynolds, age 51, 231 E. Faye Avenue, Marietta, for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Reynolds was arrested in Marietta by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 14 at 2:54 pm.

Anthony Wayne Fletcher, age 28, 128 Buells Circle, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by fighting, a misdemeanor. Fletcher was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 14 at 8:33 pm.

Twila Jean Martin, age 39, 101 Del Ray Court, Marietta, for breach of recognizance, a misdemeanor. Martin was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Apr 14 at 10:32 pm.
