On 7 Apr 14 Linda Holbert, age 63, 520 Cedar Ridge Road, Lowell, reported an unknown suspect(s) used her debit card information to make five unauthorized online purchases. Ms. Holbert’s bank canceled the transactions, which totaled approximately $444. This case remains under investigation (509).

On 7 Apr 14 the principal of Frontier High School reported a fourteen year old student urinated in a classroom trashcan during one of his classes on 4 Apr. The New Matamoras resident’s teacher denied the teenager’s repeated requests to use the restroom because the student routinely uses the excuse to roam the school’s hallways for extended periods of time. In addition to being given a five day suspension, the teenager will be summonsed to Juvenile Court for being delinquent (1090).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Bernard Tyler Delancy, age 24, 3725 Frost Road, Coolville, for theft, a felony. Delancy turned himself in to Corrections Officers and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 14 at 10:48 am.

Tabitha Nicole Jenny, age 19, 840 Spencer Avenue, Steubenville, for operating a vehicle without a license and for driving outside the marked lanes of travel, both misdemeanors. Jenny was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 14 at 1:50 pm.

Mark William Dunn, age 61, 99 Linton Hill Road, Coolville, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Dunn was arrested on Glendale Road by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 14 at 2:43 pm.

Piper Leigh Tornes, age 18, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Tornes was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Apr 14 at 8:21 pm.
