On 17 Mar 14 Larry Hendrickson, age 64, 1720 Robinson Hill Road, Marietta, reported an unknown suspect used his personal information to open an account at Key Bank. Mr. Hendrickson did not suffer any monetary loss. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 17 Mar 14 Martha K. Hostottle, age 40, 1632 Twin Bridge Road, Little Hocking, received treatment at Camden Clark Hospital for wounds suffered in a dog attack. Ms. Hostottle was visiting a friend’s residence on School House Road in Little Hocking when the dog began acting in an aggressive manner. Ms. Hostottle attempted to intervene to protect her friend and the dog attacked her, biting her on the thigh, knee and wrist. Ms. Hostottle wounds were not serious (132).

On 17 Mar 14 Sgt. Reeder issued a citation to Sarah M. O’Connor, age 22, 8220 Devonshire Place, Maineville, OH, for failure to obey a traffic control device. Sgt. Reeder stopped Ms. O’Connor after she failed to stop at the traffic lights at the intersections of Second Street and Third Street while she traveled on Putnam Street in Marietta.

On 17 Mar 14 Deputy Sheriff Hunter issued a citation to Cherry S. Marra, age 28, 513 Elder Street, Parkersburg, for traveling 86 mph in a 70 mph zone. Deputy Hunter stopped Ms. Marra near milepost ten on Interstate 77 in Salem Township.

On 17 Mar 14 Deputy Sheriff Hunter issued a citation to Jennifer L. Woodford, age 33, 245 Epler Road, Lowell, for driving with an expired license and for failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy Hunter stopped Ms. Woodford at the intersection of Arends Ridge Road and State Route 60 in Muskingum Township.

On 17 Mar 14 Deputy Sheriff Hunter issued a citation to Terry L. Hatcher, age 56, 901 Somers Street, Zanesville, for failing to stop at a stop sign. Deputy Hunter stopped Mr. Hatcher at the intersection of Arends Ridge Road and State Route 60 in Muskingum Township.

On 17 Mar 14 the principal of Waterford Elementary School, 19700 State Route 339, Waterford, reported he caught a fourteen year old student inside the school’s concession stand. Questioned by the principal, the teenager produced a master key for the school from his pocket as well as a key to the study hall snack cabinet. A search of the student’s locker resulted in the discovery of $50 money wrappers and six keys the student said he stole from the physical education teacher. This case remains under investigation (296).
