On 16 Mar 14 Deputy Sheriff McPeek requested warrants for Amy J. Jacobson, age 38, 807 Evergreen Lane, Chillicothe, for felony and misdemeanor charges of receiving stolen property. While house sitting for her parents on multiple occasions between January and March, Ms. Jacobson allegedly stole jewelry, a camera, an iPad, a nail gun, a DVD player and a GPS unit. Ms. Jacobson subsequently pawned the camera, a necklace and two rings at a local pawnshop. The estimated total of the items Ms. Jacobson allegedly stole is $14,000.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Matthew Raymond Weaver, age 39, 4007 12th Avenue, Parkersburg, for theft, driving under a suspended license, contempt of a court order and criminal trespassing, all misdemeanors. Weaver was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 14 at 2:25 pm.

Brandon Lee Gibbs, age 21, 827 Ridge Street, Marietta, for littering and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Gibbs was arrested on Market Street by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Mar 14 at 5:44 pm.
