On 12 Mar 14 Deputy Sheriff McGilton requested
a summons for Letticia Boehm, age 43, 434 Douglas Avenue, Marietta,
for failure to confine/restrain a dog and for failure to register
a dog. Since being cited for failing to confine her dogs in
April 2012, Ms. Boehm has continued to allow her three dogs
to freely roam the neighborhood. One neighbor reportedly had
to replace a bush that died because Ms. Boehm’s dogs repeatedly
urinated on it.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Timothy Nelson Carver Sr., age 50, 429 Strecker
Lane, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a
misdemeanor. Carver was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court
by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 12 Mar 14 at 11:01 am.
Alicia Dawn Miller, age 30, Lowell, for a felony
charge of violating the terms of her probation and for two misdemeanor
counts of failure to appear. Miller was picked up at the North
Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 12 Mar 14 at 11:37 am.
John Leonard Clark, age 42, 1685 Wynncrest
Drive, Marietta, for a felony charge of breaking and entering
and a misdemeanor charge of driving under a suspended license.
Clark was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff McConnell
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Mar 14 at
