On 19 Feb 14 Deputy Sheriff McGilton requested a summons for Kenneth R. Rogers, age 26, 230 E. Faye Avenue, Marietta, for failing to register his dogs. Despite being advised to register his two dogs, Mr. Rogers failed to register them for a number of days after the 31 Jan 14 deadline.

On 19 Feb 14 Olivia J. Kaptis, age 36, 9580 State Route 339, Vincent, reported she was out of town the prior weekend and during that timeframe she believes her home was entered and her purse containing $300 and her son’s medication was stolen. This case remains under investigation (1104).

On 19 Feb 14 Deputy Sheriff Augenstein requested a warrant for a fourteen year old Little Hocking resident to appear in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by theft of drugs and possession of drugs. An employee at Warren High School found the teenager in possession of sixty-four Tramadol pills that he admitted he stole from his grandfather’s home in Macksburg the previous weekend.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Kevin Earl Lell, age 54, 616 Warren Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, possession of drug paraphernalia and for two counts of assault, all misdemeanors. Lell was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Feb 14 at 7:55 pm.

Garry Lee Bohl, age 48, Marietta, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Bohl was arrested on Stone Road by Deputy Sheriff McPeek and processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Feb 14 at 10:36 pm.
