On 15 Feb 14 Sgt. Anderson and Deputy Sheriffs Hunter and McPeek responded to another domestic dispute at 12622 State Route 60, Lowell. Teresa D. Tilton, age 44, accused her ex-husband and housemate, Mark, age 45, of throwing a measuring cup at her and breaking three of her teeth. Mr. Tilton denied assaulting his ex-wife and asserted that she went crazy struck him in the head. Unable to determine who was the primary aggressor, the Deputies arrested Ms. Tilton and Mr. Tilton for domestic violence and transported them to the Washington County Jail. Ms. Tilton's charge is a felony, due to the fact that she was convicted on a previous domestic violence case involving Mr. Tilton.
