On 9 Feb 14 L. Rhodes arrested Robert L. Villers Jr., age 27, 90 McGill Road, Vincent, for OVI. Mr. Villers swerved sharply and failed to signal as he changed lanes on State Route 7 inn Belpre. Lt. Rhodes noticed Mr. Villers had an odor of alcohol and that his movements were slow and lethargic. Though Mr. Villers admitted consuming only three beers, he performed poorly on field sobriety tests. At the Washington County Jail Mr. Villers tested .201 BAC.

On 9 Feb 14 Deputy Sheriff McConnell responded to a report of a vehicle stuck on railroad tracks near milepost thirteen on State Route 7 in Dunham Township. The driver of the vehicle, Darlene Doerr, age 35, 41916 Hickory Road, Reedsville, had an odor of alcohol and stated her vehicle had been stuck for twenty minutes. Following her poor performance on field sobriety tests, Ms. Doerr was arrested for OVI and transported to the Washington County Jail. At the jail, Ms. Doerr tested .117 BAC.

On 9 Feb 14 Stacy D. Jaeger, age 35, 119 Newsad Road, Waterford, reported her husband, Timothy, age 50, was intoxicated and yelling at her because he could not find the remote control for the television. Mrs. Jaeger said her husband dumped items on the floor while trying to find the remote and approached her in an aggressive manner. Mr. Jaeger then drew his fist back in a threatening manner, causing Mrs. Jaeger to fear for her safety. Based on his investigation, Deputy Sheriff Carr arrested Mr. Jaeger for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Daniel Dewayne Lewis, age 27, 103 Vista Street, Marietta, for OVI, resisting arrest and failure to control, all misdemeanors. Lewis was arrested on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 1:06 am.

Mitchell Lee Erb, age 28, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Erb was arrested in New Matamoras by Patrolman Blamble of the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 1:49 am.

Michael Eugene Packard, age 46, 811 Walnut Street, Belpre, for illegal manufacturing of methamphetamine, a felony. Packard was arrested at his residence by Detective Hornbeck of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 2:21 am.

Angie Selene Riley, age 48, 188 Main Street Lot 2, Lowell, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Riley was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 3:31 am.

Darlene Grace Doerr, age 35, 41916 Hickory Road, Reedsville, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Doerr was arrested on State Route 7 by Deputy Sheriff McConnell and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 5:01 am.

Robert Lynn Villers Jr., age 27, 90 McGill Road, Vincent, for OVI, a misdemeanor. Villers was arrested on State Route 7 in Belpre by Lt. Rhodes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 5:21 am.

Jason Anthony Carpenter, age 22, 498 Plum Street, Summerfield, OH, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors. Carpenter was arrested on Greene Street by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 6:06 am.

Timothy Joseph Jaeger, age 50, 119 Newsad Road, Waterford, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Jaeger was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Feb 14 at 9:11 pm.
