On 7 Feb 14 Deputy Sheriff McPeek requested a warrant for Jeremy E. O’Brien, age 29, 331 Hill Road, Cutler, for domestic violence. A day earlier Mr. O’Brien’s former live-in girlfriend, Tosha M. Hill, age 27, 11827 State Route 555, Cutler, was visiting Mr. O’Brien’s residence when Mr. O’Brien began questioning her over who she was speaking to on her phone. Mr. O’Brien became increasingly angry and attempted to usurp Ms. Hill’s phone by twisting her arm, pulling her hair and grabbing her shoulder. Ms. Hill had bruises consistent with her account of the event and also showed bruising from what she claimed were previous attacks by Mr. O’Brien.

On 7 Feb 14 Renee B. Kraynak, age 57, 101 Randolph Road, Marietta, reported her adult son consumed nearly a gallon of vodka since earlier the previous evening and was ranting and raving. Mrs. Kraynak said her son, at one point yelled that he was going to call the cops for no apparent reason. Deputy Sheriff Hunter spoke to the involved parties and to a witness and concluded no act of domestic violence occurred.

The following individuals was processed into the Washington County Jail:

Victoria Elaine Keney, age 57, PO Box 41, Bartlett, for theft, a misdemeanor. Keney was arrested at Dollar General in Barlow by Deputy Sheriff Metts and processed into the Washington County Jail on 7 Feb 14 at 2:36 pm.
