Archive of 01-29-14

On 29 Jan 14 Deputy Sheriffs Augenstein and Call responded to a domestic dispute at the residence of Koren Bailey, age 33, at 26935 State Route 7 Apt. 5B, Marietta. Ms. Bailey was involved in an argument with her live-in boyfriend, during which her boyfriend became agitated and verbally insulting. Both parties agreed that the dispute was only verbal and no physical violence took place. As a result, Deputy Call closed this case as unfounded.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Cory Dwayne Forshey, age 22, 815 Bender Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Forshey was arrested at the office of Probation Officer E. Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jan 14 at 9:00 am.

Ashley Marie Wynn, age 23, 220 Third Street Apt. B, Marietta, for violating the terms of her parole, a felony. Wynn was arrested at the Adult Probation Office by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jan 14 at 11:23 am.

Justin M. Harris, age 29, 514 Smith Street, Marietta, for attempted murder and for domestic violence, both felonies. Harris was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jan 14 at 2:19 pm.

Travis Eugene Sparks, age 31, State Route 26, Marietta for theft, a misdemeanor. Sparks was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jan 14 at 2:38 pm.
