Archive of 01-09-14

On 9 Jan 14 Deputy Sheriff Hunter issued a citation to Melissa L. Setterstrom, age 44, 100 Sierra Drive, Marietta, for operating a vehicle with license plates that expired in August 2013. Deputy Hunter stopped Ms. Setterstrom on State Route 7 near Mitchells Lane in Marietta Township.

On 9 Jan 14 Brian Morris, age 54, 12769 Veto Road, Marietta, reported he was warming up his vehicle in the parking lot of his residence/business at the former Catfisherman’s Paradise when the vehicle coasted onto the ice covering the fishing pond. The running engine caused the ice to melt and the 1999 Saturn eventually sank below the water’s surface.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Robert Lee Lohr, age 22, 712 Fourth Street, New Matamoras, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Lohr was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Huffer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jan 14 at 2:53 am.

Nicholas Dewayne Boley, age 29, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 1C, New Matamoras, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Boley was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Hunter and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jan 14 at 11:47 am.

Donna Louise Paredes, age 43, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 1C, New Matamoras, for two felony counts of possession of drugs. Paredes was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Anderson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Jan 14 at 11:50 am.
