On 12 Nov 13 Pamela S. Baker, age 53, 26935 State Route 7 Apt. 1A, Marietta, reported her boyfriend took her vehicle without permission. The vehicle in question belongs to Ms. Baker’s boyfriend but is in her name because her boyfriend does not have a fixed address. Ms. Baker’s boyfriend also does not have a valid driver’s license so she took the license plate off the vehicle. Ms. Baker declined to pursue charges in the matter (910).

On 12 Nov 13 the owner of Michael’s Cycles, 1100 Pike Street, Marietta, reported sometime between 8 Nov and 12 Nov an unknown suspect(s) stole two Yamaha ATVs from outside his business. The estimated value of the 2004 model year ATV is $3,000 and the 2005 model year is $1,500. This case remains under investigation (509).

On 12 Nov 13 Carla Ayers, age 51, 2511 State Route 555, Little Hocking, reported while she and her husband were at work that day an unknown suspect(s) entered her home. Stolen from the home were a diamond ring with a silver band, $300 in coins and a bottle of Percocet. This case remains under investigation (129).

On 12 Nov 13 Melinda S. Norris, age 51, 671 Baker Ridge Road, Macksburg, reported that morning she observed two hunters on property she leases from B&N Coal for hunting purposes. The suspects claimed they thought they were on public land but parked and walked past conspicuous “No Trespassing” signs. Deputy Sheriff McKee anticipates filing criminal trespassing charges in the future.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jason Ryan Stewart, age 21, 809 Morgan Avenue, Belpre, for aggravated robbery and for violating the terms of his probation, both felonies. Stewart was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Greathouse of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 13 at 3:34 am.

James Dale Busch Sr., age 57, 47230 State Route 7, New Matamoras, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Busch was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff McKee and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 13 at 1:37 pm.

Michael Eldon Jazdzewski, age 26, for breaking and entering, a felony. Jazdzewski was picked up in Dane County, WI and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Nov 13 at 10:03 pm.
