On 8 Oct 13 Steven Anderson, age 42, 1660 Windy
Ridge Road, Vincent, reported he purchased an iPhone 4 on eBay
but was unable to activate it because it was reported stolen
by a previous owner. Deputy Sheriff McPeek provided Mr. Anderson
with the necessary documentation to obtain a refund from eBay.
This case remains under investigation.
On 8 Oct 13 Sally K. Collins, age 57, 315 W.
Branch Road, Little Hocking, reported her twenty-two year old
son walked away from a rehabilitation facility in Kentucky on
2 Oct and he has not been seen or heard from since. This case
remains under investigation (912).
On 8 Oct 13 Deputy Sheriff Hunter requested
summonses for William F. Lawson, age 27, and Michaela Willford,
age 27, both of 508 Sixth Street, Lowell, for disorderly conduct.
An argument between the two erupted earlier in the day over
Ms. Willford’s desire to not go to work the following
day. Mr. Lawson later informed his girlfriend she was not welcome
in the residence because he did not feel she contributed to
the couple’s wellbeing. Both parties concurred that the
dispute was only verbal and no physical violence occurred.
On 8 Oct 13 Andrew W. Beck, age 32, 2470 Whipple
Run Road, Whipple, reported after he received a shipment of
two Verizon mobile phones the previous day, he determined an
unknown suspect(s) attempted to open an account using his personal
information. This case remains under investigation (126).

were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Jessica Dawn Smith, age 21, 417 Unionville
Road, McConnelsville, for violating the terms of her probation,
a misdemeanor. Smith was arrested at the Adult Probation Office
by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 8 Oct 13 at 12:15 pm.
Janessa Lynn Rodrigues, age 23, 1327 Cascade
Court, Columbus, for two misdemeanor counts of possession of
drugs. Rodrigues was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 8 Oct 13 at 1:00 pm.
Keith Grant, age 44, Columbus, for telecommunications
harassment, a misdemeanor. Grant was picked up in Columbus by
Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 8 Oct 13 at 7:28 pm.
Mark James Hinton, age 33, 109 Elm Street,
Belpre, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor.
Hinton turned himself in to Corrections Officers and was processed
into the Washington County Jail on 8 Oct 13 at 9:20 pm.
